Processing and shipping time
All in-stock products will be packaged and dispatched within 3 to 5 working days. If you have chosen the customized version, please understand that due to the special nature of the handcrafted production process, the processing and shipping time may be extended. We will communicate with you via email about the estimated completion date after your order is confirmed. Each bag is a unique hand-stitched work, so we pay more attention to details and quality. Mode of transportation and time
We cooperate with several reliable logistics service providers to offer both standard transportation and express transportation. You can freely choose according to your needs at checkout. The estimated delivery time for standard transportation is 7 to 14 working days, while for expedited transportation, it is generally 3 to 7 working days. However, the exact time may vary depending on the destination country, customs clearance, or holidays.

Logistics tracking and notification
After your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing the logistics tracking number, through which you can check the shipping progress at any time. We encourage you to verify the delivery information as soon as you receive the email to ensure the smooth delivery of the package.
